By responsibly using media, the organization highlights real issues faced by common people and ensures they receive the attention they deserve.

FOUNDER'S VISION
Kusum Yadav is a journalist and social activist who founded the Journalist & Social Welfare Association with a clear vision — to support the poor, the powerless, and those who do not have a voice in society.
Through her experience in journalism, she realized that many social issues remain unresolved not because they are invisible, but because they are unheard. With a strong belief in responsible and ethical media, she established this association to ensure that genuine issues reach the right platforms and authorities.
Lovey Yadav
Assistant DirectorLovey Yadav strongly believes in the core objective of the organization — to always remain committed to its mission of social welfare. She emphasizes the importance of media as a central pillar of the association, capable of raising the voices of the poor and those who lack power. Her approach reflects dedication and responsibility, ensuring that the organization stays focused on its goals and continues to work honestly for the betterment of society.
Teena Yadav

She actively supports the organization’s efforts to stand with people who face injustice and social neglect. According to her, media plays a vital role in ensuring that the voices of the powerless reach higher authorities and decision-makers. Mamta Yadav
Admin HeadMamta Yadav is deeply committed to the principle that no injustice should be allowed against any weak individual. She considers media to be the organization’s strength — a protective force that can highlight injustice and support those who are unable to speak for themselves.
