FOUNDER'S VISION
Kusum Yadav is a journalist and social activist who founded the Journalist & Social Welfare Association with a clear vision — to support the poor, the powerless, and those who do not have a voice in society.
Through her experience in journalism, she realized that many social issues remain unresolved not because they are invisible, but because they are unheard. With a strong belief in responsible and ethical media, she established this association to ensure that genuine issues reach the right platforms and authorities.
Lovey Yadav
Assistant DirectorLovey Yadav strongly believes in the core objective of the organization — to always remain committed to its mission of social welfare. She emphasizes the importance of media as a central pillar of the association, capable of raising the voices of the poor and those who lack power. Teena Yadav
